[本刊讯]1989年 4月至 8月,国家统计局、国务院法制局、监察部,在全国范围内联合开展了统计法规执行情况大检查,历时达五个月。整个检查经历了准备和自查、互查和重点抽查、处理和总结三个阶段。在各级人大常委会和人民政府的领导和支持下,在各级统计法规执行情况大检查领导小组的具体部署下和各有关部门的密切配合下,大检查工作取得了较大的成效,基本上达到了预期的目的。
