班主任与学生的关系是教育界一个永恒探讨的话题,并不断地被人们关注并发展。小学阶段是教育的起步阶段,小学生还处于儿童时期,顽皮、好奇、好动等儿童的天性在小学生身上表现得淋漓尽致。构建小学班主任与小学生的和谐关系,有利于班主任更好地发挥其职能对班级有效组织和管理,能更好地维护小学生的天性并促进他们的身心健康发展。
The relationship between class teacher and student is an eternal topic of discussion in education and is constantly being watched and developed by people. Primary stage is the initial stage of education, primary school children are still in their infancy, naughty, curious, restless and other children’s nature showed most vividly on the pupils.
