According to the report in Hong Kong’s Ta Kung Pao, the government plans to formulate a new strain of bird flu response to the “regional control” arrangement for the import of poultry in outbreak of bird flu in Guangdong Province. New bird flu “Import Control Zones Arrangement” stipulates that if some people in Guangdong Province are infected with the bird flu, they will stop the farm from a radius of 13 km
