中国2006年2月9日向全世界发布一项雄心勃勃的中长期科技发展规划,为尽快成为“世界科技强国”勾画宏伟的路线图。本纲要使得中国经济在长时期内保持较快的增长有了充分保障;企业的盈利波动范围会缩小,盈利能力会增强。随着本纲要的实施,中国A股市场将发生“成长性折价”到“成长性溢价”的重大转变;同时,为市场带来了许多重大投资机会。
China released an ambitious medium and long-term plan for science and technology development to the whole world on February 9, 2006, aiming at becoming an ambitious roadmap outlined by “the world’s technological powerful nation” as soon as possible. This outline will allow China’s economy to maintain its rapid growth for a long period of time with adequate protection; the profitability of enterprises will be reduced and the profitability will be enhanced. With the implementation of this Outline, there will be a major shift from “growth discount” to “growth premium” in China’s A-share market; meanwhile, many significant investment opportunities have been brought to the market.
