对碟形砂轮表面进行形貌分析,根据对面齿轮齿面表面粗糙度的形成机理分析,建立了用于面齿轮磨削的碟形砂轮的数学模型。然后根据面齿轮在数控磨齿机上的磨削机理,对碟形砂轮与面齿轮的磨削运动关系进行深入分析,并且建立了关于砂轮磨粒切削刃运动轨迹方程的坐标系,进而编制M文件计算不同参数变化时对表面粗糙度值的影响,通过计算值与实测值的比对,其最大误差在11.7%,结果表明,粗糙度数学模型计算值与实测值基本一致。
According to the forming mechanism analysis of the surface roughness of the gear surface, the mathematical model of the disc grinding wheel used for the surface gear grinding was established. Then according to the grinding mechanism of face gear on CNC gear grinding machine, the relationship between grinding wheel and face gear grinding is deeply analyzed, and the coordinate system about the grinding wheel cutting edge motion trajectory equation is established, then the M file The influence of different parameters on the surface roughness was calculated. The maximum error was 11.7% by comparing the calculated value with the measured value. The results show that the calculated value of the roughness mathematical model is basically consistent with the measured value.
