目的比色法属于微量分析,容量法属于常量分析。通过对盐酸副玫瑰苯胺比色法和蒸馏-碘量法这两种检测方法的比较分析,为检验人员的方法选择提供参考依据。方法用t检查统计学方法对两种实验结果进行统计与分析,若2种检测结果无差别,则理论上两种检测结果的差值d的总体均数μd=0,本文为双侧检验,建立了检验假设H0:μd=0,备择假设H1:μd≠0,确定了检验水准α=0.05。结果样品量n=6,差值的均数d=0.083,差值的标准差s d=1.19,差值均数的标准差s d=0.486,t=0.171,自由度ν=5,t0.05,5=2.571>t。结论按α=0.05水准,P>0.05,不拒绝H0,可认为比色法与蒸馏法测定食品中二氧化硫残留量的结果没有显著差别,实验室可根据具体情况选择检验方法。

It can be considered that there is no significant difference between the colorimetric method and the distillation method in the determination of residual SO2 in food. The laboratory can select the test method according to the specific conditions.
