对于设备维修人员的管理、考核具有一定的特殊性。考核应采用多方评价的方式,综合其主管的评价结果与设备使用者的意见以使评价结果更为客观公正。制定科学合理的设备维修工时定额作为管理维修人员工作量的依据,可提高设备维修工作的效率;鼓励维修人员修旧利废、惩罚浪费行为有利于节约维修开支以提高企业经济效益;建立并实施设备养护责任人承包制度可使设备得到良好的维护保养,降低故障发生频率;评定浮动的技术等级并与薪金挂钩可促进维修人员整体技术水平的提升。
