我国南方雨量充沛,地下水位较高,室内混凝土地面返潮是常见的现象.我们曾对返潮的地面进行过处理,具体的做法是:将原混凝土地面打毛,用水冲洗干净,然后用107胶掺防水粉并与水泥和水调制成的稀浆在地面上薄刮一层(约2~3 mm厚),待稀浆硬化后,刷热沥青油二道,再在油层面上浇3 cm 厚的200号细石混凝土。采用这种方法对地面处理后,防潮效果良好.室内地面返潮与混凝土的质量有关,混凝土振捣不密实、拌合物过稀、水泥受潮和水泥用量不足,都会使混凝土内部形成大量的孔隙与毛细孔,地下水分就通过毛细孔与孔隙上渗到地面,使地面出现返潮现象。因此,我们在新建的建筑物中,对混凝土地坪采取了以下的预防措施:1.将室内地坪填高,使其高出室外地面30~
South China has abundant rainfall, high groundwater level, and indoor concrete floor return is a common phenomenon. We have treated the surface of the damp ground.
