经济上飞速的发展为人民带来殷实富裕生活的同时也为我国的自然资源带来了严峻的挑战。经济上的发展可以推进对土地管理及土地市场监管的工作进程,经济上的发展是进行其他领域发展的基础,经济的富足可以让我们引进更先进的土地管理技术以及高效率的耕地种植技术,提高单位面积的产量可以有效地保护我们紧缺的耕地资源。本文就经济发展与土地管理及土地市场的关系进行了分析。
The rapid economic development has brought a wealthy and affluent life to the people and has posed a severe challenge to our country’s natural resources. Economic development can advance the work on land management and land market supervision. Economic development is the basis for other areas of development. Economic affluence allows us to introduce more advanced land management technologies and efficient farming techniques. Increasing the yield per unit area can effectively protect our scarce cultivated land resources. This article analyzes the relationship between economic development and land management and land market.
