随着经济建设脚步加快,企业管理日益规范化,档案管理工作作为衡量企业管理的重要标准越来越受到重视。档案管理记录了众多对于企业具有价值的信息,在企业发展建设中充当着重要的角色。由于我国经济的转型等因素,档案管理在发展过程中既有成果也有不足,本文将通过分析档案管理工作的现状及所存在的问题提出关于档案管理工作的几点思考。
With the accelerating pace of economic construction and the ever-increasing standardization of enterprise management, file management has drawn more and more attention as an important standard to measure business management. File management records a lot of valuable information for the enterprise, in the development and construction of enterprises plays an important role. Due to the transformation of our economy and other factors, the file management has both the achievements and the deficiencies in the development process. This article will put forward some thoughts on the file management work by analyzing the current situation and existing problems of the file management.
