以为交联剂,阻聚的甲基丙烯酸甲酯为第二单体,合成了端异氰酸酯基四氢呋喃-环氧丙烷共聚醚聚氨酯单一网络。用溶剂溶胀平衡法测定了聚氨酯单一网络的单位体积内有效交联链的数目和交联点间平均分子量。观察了第二单体和交联剂用量对交联点间平均分子量的影响。测定了单一网络的力学性能。
Considering the cross-linking agent and the block copolymer of methyl methacrylate as the second monomer, a single network of terminal isocyanato-tetrahydrofuran-propylene oxide copolyether polyurethanes was synthesized. The number of effective crosslinked units per unit volume and the average molecular weight between crosslinks were measured by the solvent swelling balance method. The effect of the amount of the second monomer and the crosslinking agent on the average molecular weight between crosslinking points was observed. The mechanical properties of a single network were measured.
