自血紫外线照射回输法治疗化脓性炎症疗效显著,安全可靠,可应用于口腔外科。材料和方法用该方法治疗20例17～50岁的面颈部炎症,其中4例为扩散到数个间隙的面颈部蜂窝织炎,3例为传统治疗方法长期不见好转的下颌骨骨髓炎,7例为合并静脉炎的鼻唇沟危险三角区疖肿,6例为颜面复发性疖病。全部患者均用《意造尔德》-73M型照射器照射。用一次性静脉针采血1.5～2 ml/kg(体重),加入肝素50～70单位/kg(体重),采血速度15～20ml/min,回输速度10～15 ml/min。回输时经扁形石英玻璃管照射,紫外线光源为8W冷光灯
