探讨X射线临床操作中对人体损害的防护。本文提出在X线操作中要正确使用X线设备 ,备齐各种有效的防护材料 ,操作中技术要熟练 ,尽量缩短曝光时间 ,并提出同时加强对病人的防护 ,操作人员注意位置防护 ,定期进行体格检查 ,一旦发现异常应及时脱离与X射线的接触。防护用品含铅量在大于 0 .5mm铅当量时 ,可使操作人员受照射量减少70 %~ 90 %。X线操作中X线照射虽然剂量大 ,但时间短、范围局限 ,在临床工作中注意防护是操作人员必须始终注意的问题。
