1999年10月10日,省政府召开第7次全体会议,王国发副省长在会议上讲话,强调进一步做好四季度工作。一、贯彻十五届四中全会精神,进一步加大国企改革力度刚刚闭幕的党的十五届四中全会,就国有企业改革和发展的若干重大问题进行了部署。《中共中央关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》提出了加大对老工业基地扶持的措施。我们要认真学习领会这次全会精神,抓住机遇,结合我省实际,创造性地贯彻落实。要统一认识,坚定信心,真抓实干,落实责任,尊重实践,分类指导,努力开创国企改革和发展的新局面。四季度的具体工作有6项:一是按照十五届四中全会精神,抓紧研究我省国有经济战略性调整和国有企业战略性改组的总体意见。这是四季度的一项重点工作,计委、经贸委等部门要
