针对梭阀流场,运用计算流体力学基本理论建立梭阀内部流场的控制方程,利用Fluent软件对不同压力和开度下梭阀流场进行仿真,研究梭阀的速度和压力场的变化情况,分析梭阀的流量特性.研究结果表明:梭阀在不同的压力开度下的内部流场流流动平稳,流量特性曲线变化平缓,梭阀结构设计合理.研究结果可为梭阀结构的设计和优化提供一定参考.“,”Aiming at the shuttle valve flow, the governing equations of internal flow field of shuttle valve are established, which are used ba-sic theory of computational fluid dynamics. Fluent software is used to simulate the flow field of shuttle valve under different pressure and opening. The change of speed and pressure field of shuttle valve is studied, and the flow characteristic of shuttle valve is analyzed. The re-sults show that the internal flow field of the shuttle valve under different pressure opening is steady, the flow characteristic curve varies slow-ly, and the shuttle valve structure design is reasonable. The research results can provide a reference for the design and optimization of the shuttle valve structure.
