学习实践科学发展观,构建学校基层党建工作新格局来加强和改进党的基层组织建设,对加强和改善高校党的领导,落实党的路线、方针、政策,促进高校发展具有重要的意义。本文以闽江学院基层党组织为例,从闽江学院基层党组织存在问题出发,提出了一些基本的思路和措施。
To study and practice the scientific concept of development and to establish a new pattern of party building at the grassroots level in schools so as to strengthen and improve the building of the party’s grassroots organizations is of great significance to strengthening and improving the party’s leadership in colleges and universities, implementing the party’s line, principles and policies and promoting the development of colleges and universities. Taking the grass-roots party organizations of Minjiang University as an example, this article sets out from the existing problems of grass-roots party organizations in Minjiang University and puts forward some basic ideas and measures.
