CMMB移动多媒体广播的主要业务对象是七英时以下的移动手持终端。随着IT技术的发展,从全球范围来看七英时以下的移动手持终端都有着向智能手机集成的趋势,所以可以把手机电视作为CMMB移动多媒体广播的主要业务,在此通过对欧美日韩已投入商用的手机电视系统运营的分析,谈谈对我国CMMB移动多媒体广播运营的看法。
