任教三十个春秋,《山东教育》像一位良师与我风雨同舟,一路同行。怎么也忘不了二十多年前的那一幕。刚刚民师毕业的我就被镇上推荐参加市小学语文优质课赛讲活动,参赛的课题是《美丽的小兴安岭》。这是领导对我的信任,不能辜负领导的期望。我首先向有经验的老教师请教,请他们帮我设计教案,然后在班里试讲,并请他们随堂听课,听后提出改进意见,经过多次试讲,效果还是不够理想。
