If from 1986, I entered the Shanghai Municipal Institute of the establishment of “junior high school students counseling study” from the count, psychological counseling in Shanghai’s primary and secondary schools has gone through a difficult journey of ten years. From the perspective of education and scientific research, the decade of psychological counseling in Shanghai is a decade of action research (which can also be called practice study); it is a decade of research while practicing and studying. In the past ten years, we have created a set of systems for the goal, principle, content and operation of psychological counseling in primary and secondary schools gradually and further pushed forward for the next stage
