目的 :观察新型放疗增敏剂甘氨双唑钠 (SG)对心血管和呼吸系统的影响。 方法 :麻醉猫 10只分为生理盐水组和SG组 ,采用多次股静脉注射给药方法 ,记录给药前后血压、心率、心电图、呼吸频率和幅度的改变。 结果 :(1) SG累积剂量达5 0 ,10 0 mg/kg时对血压、心率和心电图无明显影响 ;达 30 0 mg/kg时可出现暂时性血压下降、心电图 T波升高 ;剂量达 10 0 0mg/kg时尚有心率减慢作用。 (2 ) SG5 0~ 30 0 m g/kg时 ,对呼吸频率和幅度无明显影响。 (3) SG30 0 0 mg/kg时 5只猫中有2只死亡 ,临死前表现为血压持续下降 ,心率持续减慢、不规则 ,心电图波型异常、T波倒置、ST段抬高 ,呼吸不规则直至停止。结论 :SG剂量小于 30 0 mg/kg比较安全 ,超大剂量可依次严重抑制心血管和呼吸系统。
Objective: To observe the effects of a new radiosensitizer sodium glycididazole (SG) on cardiovascular and respiratory system. Methods: Ten anesthetized cats were divided into normal saline group and SG group. Blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, respiration frequency and amplitude were recorded before and after administration by multiple intravenous injection. Results: (1) There was no significant effect on blood pressure, heart rate and electrocardiogram when the accumulative dose of SG was 50 and 100 mg / kg respectively. When the blood pressure reached 30 0 mg / kg, transient decrease of blood pressure and increase of electrocardiogram T wave were observed. 10 0 0mg / kg fashion heart rate slowing effect. (2) SG5 0 ~ 30 0 m g / kg, no significant effect on respiratory rate and amplitude. (3) Two of the five cats died at the SG30 0 0 mg / kg. Before the death, the blood pressure continued to decrease, the heart rate continued to decrease, irregularity, abnormal ECG wave pattern, T wave inversion, ST elevation, Irregular breathing until stopped. Conclusion: SG dose of less than 30 0 mg / kg is safe, large dose followed by serious inhibition of cardiovascular and respiratory system.
