目的分析潍坊市寒亭区出生缺陷的监测结果,有针对性地对该地区出生缺陷的预防提出建议。方法研究2007年1月1日-2014年12月31日所有妊娠从28周到产后7 d的围产儿的出生缺陷监测资料,用SPSS软件对围产儿出生缺陷医院监测资料进行统计分析。结果 2007-2014年该地区共有围产儿29 142例,出生缺陷113例,出生缺陷的平均发生率为3.88‰,前5位出生缺陷类型依次为多指(趾),总唇腭裂,先天性心脏病,总畸形和脑积水。结论潍坊市寒亭区近几年出生缺陷的发生率总体呈下降趋势,应针对出生缺陷顺位统计的变化采取有针对性的干预措施。
Objective To analyze the monitoring results of birth defects in Hanting district of Weifang City and make recommendations on the prevention of birth defects in this area. Methods From January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2014, all the monitoring data on birth defects of all infants during pregnancy from 28 weeks to 7 days postpartum were collected. SPSS software was used to analyze the statistical data of hospital monitoring data of birth defects. Results From 2007 to 2014, there were 29 142 cases of perinatal and 113 cases of birth defects in the area. The average incidence of birth defects was 3.88 ‰. The first 5 birth defects were multi-finger, total cleft lip and palate, congenital heart Disease, total deformity and hydrocephalus. Conclusions The incidence of birth defects in Hanting District of Weifang City has been on the decline in recent years. Targeted interventions should be taken according to the changes in the ordinal statistics of birth defects.
