江泽民同志曾经指出:“我们党历来是一个重视学习、善于学习的党。在每一个重大历史关头,面对新形势和新任务,中央都要号召全党同志加强学习。而每次这样的学习热潮,都会推动我们的事业出现大变化、大发展。”事实的确如此。纵观历史,展望未来,是否重视学习、勤于学习,是一个政党的生命力所在,是一个国家、民族兴衰成败的重要因素。我国之所以能在20世纪从贫穷落后走上富强之路,是同三次学习热潮相关的。
