青海一机数控机床有限责任公司是我国卧式加工中心和数控机床的生产基地,公司主要产品有立、卧式加工中心系列、五面加工中心系列、龙门加工中心等,并拥有多国一流公司的产品检测设备和生产设备。我公司细致严谨的工作态度体现在产品生产的各个环节,包括金属切削加工中的重要细节——切削液的选型。我公司主要从四方面对切削液进行选型:①加工材料的特性,由于多种加工材料之间物理、化学性质不同,故加工材料对应的切削液不同。②工艺要求,产品各加工环节不同,所需要切削液也不同。③考虑加工工况,在低速与高速两种不同的加工过程中要求切削液的功能各异,其决定了不同工况切削液选型上的差异。
