现代医院管理对病案管理者的综合素质提出了更高要求。本文分析当前影响病案管理者素质相关因素以及产生的原因,缺乏专业人员以及继续教育制度。另外,医院管理者对病案管理的重视程度不够。提出了通过相应的改进措施:包括提高对病案管理的重视和投入,调整人员结构,加强对病案管理人员的专业培养和继续教育等,提高病案管理人员的整体素质。
Modern hospital management puts forward higher requirements on the overall quality of medical record managers. This article analyzes the current factors that affect the quality of medical record managers and the causes of the lack of professionals and continuing education system. In addition, hospital administrators pay insufficient attention to medical record management. Proposed through the appropriate measures to improve: Including increased attention and investment in medical record management, personnel structure adjustment, and strengthen the medical record management personnel training and continuing education, improve the overall quality of medical record management personnel.
