目的:分析早孕胚胎停育与绒毛染色体异常的关系。方法:选择2010年~2011年3月安徽医科大学100例胚胎停育患者,对其进行绒毛染色体核型分析。结果:100例胚胎停育患者,孕周最长15周,最短6周。绒毛培养失败5例,培养成功率95.0%;检出异常核型34例,检出率35.8%,其中单纯染色体数目异常占55.9%,异常类型有:染色体数目异常23例,三倍体4例,四倍体1例,结构异常2例,嵌合体4例。95例早孕胚胎停育中,女性胚胎51例,占53.7%;男性胚胎44例,占46.3%。结论:胚胎染色体异常是胚胎停育的重要原因。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the relationship between the suspension of embryos in early pregnancy and chorionic chromosome abnormalities. Methods: From January 2010 to March 2011, 100 cases of embryo stop patients in Anhui Medical University were selected for chorionic karyotype analysis. Results: 100 cases of embryo stop patients, gestational age up to 15 weeks, the shortest 6 weeks. 5 cases failed villus culture and the success rate of culture was 95.0%. There were 34 cases of abnormal karyotype detected, the detection rate was 35.8% .Among them, the number of simple chromosomes was 55.9%. There were 23 abnormal chromosomes and 4 triploids , Tetraploid in 1 case, structural abnormalities in 2 cases, chimerism in 4 cases. In 95 cases of embryos during early pregnancy, 51 were female embryos, accounting for 53.7%; 44 were male embryos, accounting for 46.3%. Conclusion: Embryonic chromosomal abnormalities are an important reason for embryo stop.
