2014年泸州社会发展科技,以促进民生科技发展为主线,以适应科技体制改革为着力点,围绕省战略性新兴产业生物领域专项、科技计划项目库建设,积极加强项目组织申报与实施。在工作谋划上,重点实施2311工作,即突出抓好二大科技战略合作、三个国省科研平台、一个省级中药现代化科技产业示范基地建设、一个省级可持续发展试验区创建,以此带动社发工作整体拓展和提升。
