G607圆锯床主轴箱封闭,冷却液窜入主轴箱问题不易发现。我厂使用的两台该型号机床,长期有冷却液窜流入主轴箱,使刚更换不久的润滑油变质,换油频繁。为此,我们在主轴透盖的下方开了一条宽5mm、深3mm的通槽回流,使顺主轴窜入的冷却液到透盖处就回流,而进不了箱体。从而消除了冷却液窜入主轴箱的问题。主轴前端结构及回流的位置如图所示。
