内部控制制度作为企业发展和进步的生命线,是确保企业在当今竞争激烈的经济浪潮中立稳脚跟的镇海神针。但由于大部分中小企业内部控制制度问题得不到解决,影响中小企业的经济效益,阻碍中小企业的发展,建立健全和完善的内部控制制度,成为中小企业在激烈的竞争环境中赖以生存的必然要求。本文就我国中小企业当前内部控制存在的缺陷进行分析,提出完善内部控制制度的对策。
