杭州钢铁厂转炉仪表组全体同志,遵照毛主席关于“在生产斗争和科学实验范围内,人类总是不断发展的,自然界也总是不断发展的,永远不会停止在一个水平上”的教导,打破了行业界限,与钳、车、焊等工种的配合和帮助下,克服了种种困难,在两个多月内自行设计和安装了一台30吨行车数字显示电子秤。这台电子秤可直接以数字形式显示出转炉炼钢铁水装入量以及其它原材料的重量,它对于提高劳动生产率、节省原材料的消耗起了重要的作用。技术性能和特点:1.测量范围:0.1～29.9吨。2.精确度:1%。3.可实现自动调零和去掉皮重(最大去皮重设计为8吨)。4.能自动加码(设计为10吨加1码)5.用数字管显示读数,清晰准确。
