企业属于市场经济的主体,企业在濒临破产的状况下,《破产法》便能够发挥出非常大的作用,它能够解决企业退出经济市场中的几乎所有问题,对市场经济起到很大的规范作用,其中不仅涉及到企业利益,还涉及到银行利益,金融债权保护一直以来都是企业破产中涉及的主要问题,因而对企业破产金融债权保护法律相关问题进行研究也具有重要意义。
