目的:总结肾上腺肿瘤的CT表现及特征,探讨鉴别诊断依据。材料与方法:搜集有完整资料并经手术病理证实的肾上腺肿瘤38例,分析其大小、边缘、形态、密度及强化特征。结果:良性肿瘤体积一般较小,密度均匀,边界清楚。恶性肿瘤表现为不规则,分叶状,密度不均匀,强化可于肿瘤周边出现不规则低密度区的肿块。结论:CT对肾上腺肿瘤检出率高,在定性诊断上有重要参考价值。
Objective: To summarize the CT features and characteristics of adrenal tumors and to explore the basis of differential diagnosis. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-eight cases of adrenal tumors with complete data and confirmed by pathology were collected and analyzed for size, margins, morphology, density and enhancement features. Results: The volume of benign tumors is generally small, uniform density, clear boundary. Malignant tumors showed irregular, lobulated, uneven density, enhanced around the tumor may appear irregular low-density mass. Conclusion: The detection rate of adrenal tumor by CT is high, which has important reference value in qualitative diagnosis.
