随着工业的发展,我国城市和城市边缘也不知不觉布满了各种化工及相关企业——既有重工业工厂,也有危化品物流仓库。它们在带动一个城市经济发展与人口就业的同时,也给城市的生产和人民生活带来安全隐患。那么,化工企业与我们的安全距离有多远又该保持多远呢?1.化工设施有与生俱来的风险,几乎没人愿意与化工企业为邻。但随着城市化进程的不断加速,曾经与城市有一定距离的化工项目和城市居民渐行渐近,很多城市出现化工厂、危险品仓储与居民区交织存在的局面。
With the development of industry, the cities and cities of our country are unknowingly covered with various chemical and related enterprises - both heavy industry factories and dangerous goods logistics warehouses. While they bring along the economic development and population employment in a city, they also bring security risks to the city’s production and people’s livelihood. However, with the accelerating process of urbanization, chemical projects and urban residents, which have had some distance from the cities, are getting closer and closer. Many cities have chemical plants, dangerous goods warehouses and residential areas intertwined.
