Goninan有限公司车辆制造厂专门制造铁路客车和机车。该厂共500余人,管理人员100人,其余为一线工人,年产机车14辆,客车45辆,主要是机车、车辆的总装,零配件全部由外厂供应。我们参观时正在制造双层客车。该车是日本设计的。转向架采用盘形制动,分动车和拖车两种。转向架轴箱悬挂采用橡胶堆,中央悬挂为空气弹簧。每个轴箱上都装有轴温报警器。车体为不锈钢结构,不锈钢侧墙、端墙、顶盖上均贴有橡胶保护膜,防止在组装过程中将车体表面划伤。组装完毕后撕去保护膜,露出光洁的金属表面,车体不作油漆。制动管全部采用铜管。车辆采用单元空调机组制冷。双层客车
