随着近年来各大民办高校的扩招,从会计专业毕业的学生越来越多,素质良莠不齐,就业形势越来越严峻,为了更好的帮助会计学专业的毕业生解决就业难问题,本文首先通过收集相关数据对民办高校的会计学专业毕业生的就业形势进行了了解,并对其素质进行了分析,接着对民办高校的教学目标以及会计学专业学生发展的方向提出了建议,希望通过提高其专业能力素质来提升自身竞争力从而促进其更好的就业。
