蛋白质是细胞内重要的有机化合物,是生命活动的承担者,是生物性状的体现者.关于蛋白质的内容是高中生物必修1《分子与细胞》中的重点与难点,同时也是高考中的高频考点.关于蛋白质的计算题类型很多,就氨基酸数目的计算这类题型,根据我多年的教学经验发现学生做过很多道题目,老师也讲过许多遍,但学生碰到这类题目还是不能灵活应用,其关键在于学生缺乏对方法和规律的总结与归纳.下面我对这类题型的解题方法进行简单的归纳总结,以供参考.
