为了提高血吸虫病病因诊断的特异性和敏感性，用慢性日本血吸虫病病人血清筛选以λｇｔｌｌ构建的日本血吸虫中国大陆株成虫ｃＤＮＡ表达库，获得一阳性克隆Ｓｊｇｔ４，其表达产物为１４８０００融合蛋白。插入的ｃＤＮＡ片段经聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）法扩增、纯化后，亚克隆入高表达载体ｐＧＥＸ，获得克隆ＳｊｐＧ５，其表达产物为５８０００融合蛋白，应用免疫印迹技术，其可被９６％（２４／２５）的日本血吸虫病病人血清中特异抗体所识别。
