对北京地区7所高校双语教学现状进行的调查表明:总体而言,教育部制定的双语教学目标没有实现,但各高校双语教学均取得了一定成效;双语教学在高校有良好的民意基础;师资水平、学生外语基础、学习兴趣等是影响双语教学开展的重要因素;双语师资水平较低、学生外语基础较差、学习兴趣不浓,且不同高校、不同学生间存在差异。建议根据“实事求是、分类要求”的原则调整双语教学建设目标,遵循“尊重意愿、循序渐进、促进专业发展”的原则推进双语教学。
A survey of bilingual education in seven colleges and universities in Beijing shows that: Generally speaking, the bilingual education targets set by the Ministry of Education have not been realized, but bilingual education has achieved some success. Bilingual teaching has a good public opinion foundation in colleges and universities. Teachers The level of students’ foreign language fundamentals and their interest in learning are all important factors that affect the development of bilingual education. The bilingual teachers have a low level of basic knowledge of foreign languages, poor basic foreign language skills, and little interest in learning. There are also differences among universities and students. It is suggested that bilingual teaching should be readjusted according to the principle of “seeking truth from facts and classification requirements” and promoting bilingual teaching according to the principle of “respecting will, gradual progress and promoting professional development”.
