汽车在运行过程中,因后轮承受较大的冲击载荷,半轴法兰盘连接螺丝容易松动,以致断于螺孔中间。该螺丝规格为M10,系45~#钢热处理件,具有一定硬度。如用手电钻取出残留在螺孔内的螺丝是很困难的,有时会使螺孔内螺纹遭到破坏,致使刹车鼓不能使用。在长期实践中,摸索到一种用手工电弧焊横向堆焊工艺取出半轴断螺丝的方法。现介绍如下。 1.先将汽车停放于水平位置,取出半轴,把刹车鼓断丝孔内的油污清理干净。
