我国党和政府历来对“三农”问题非常重视,特别是今年以来,把“三农”问题提高到“全党工作的重中之重”,“三农”工作被强调为“经济工作的重中之重”。“三农问题”受到了社会各界前所未有的广泛关注。农机部门作为政府直接为“三农”服务的工作部门,责无旁贷地要为探索解决“三农”问题做出积极的努力,为做好“三农”工作发挥出应有的作用。本文就农机化发展与“三农”问题的关系、作用和对策,浅谈一些认识。
The party and government of our country have always attached great importance to the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”. Since this year in particular, the issue of “three rural issues” has been raised to the “top priority of the entire party work.” The work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers has been emphasized as “ Top priority. ” “Three Rural Issues” has received unprecedented attention from all sectors of society. As a working unit directly served by the government for agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the agricultural machinery department is duty-bound to make active efforts to explore and solve the “three rural issues” and play its due role in doing a good job in agriculture, rural areas and farmers. This article discusses the relationship between the development of agricultural mechanization and “agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, its function and countermeasures.
