二十几年来,我国产学研合作尽管开展得广泛且踊跃,但由于认识观念存在误区,外部法制环境不完善,运行机制存在障碍等因素的制约,导致企业单位合作热情不高,高校教师合作意识不强,产学研合作的成效不甚显著。分析我国产学研合作制约因素,有效解决产学研合作运行中的问题,成为我国产学研合作在新时期下深入推进与发展的关键。
