目的:研究依达拉奉注射液联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效。方法:将本科收治的67例急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组33例,给予常规治疗;治疗组34例,在对照组的基础上加用依达拉奉注射液和丹红注射液治疗。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且显效率相比P<0.05。结论:依达拉奉注射液联合丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of edaravone injection and Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods: A total of 67 acute cerebral infarction patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 33) and control group (n = 34). The treatment group (34 cases) was treated with edaravone and Danhong injection on the basis of the control group. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and markedly effective rate compared with P <0.05. Conclusion: Edaravone injection combined with Danhong injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is effective.
