本文研究了一种仅由MOSFET开关和电容以及控制电路构成的开关电容DC-DC变换器,因不含电感所以便于集成。文中讨论了采用逐压反馈控制取代PWM调节改善变换器性能的方法以及采用适当电容组合实现任意电压变比并提高效率的方法。
In this paper, a switched-capacitor DC-DC converter consisting of MOSFET switches and capacitors and control circuits is studied. It is easy to integrate because it does not include an inductor. In this paper, we discuss how to improve the converter performance by replacing the PWM regulation with the voltage-controlled feedback control, as well as the method of using an appropriate capacitance combination to achieve arbitrary voltage ratio and improve the efficiency.
