国有企业属于我国现代企业制度党建设中的核心部分。在当代背景下,国有企业和企业中的经济进行了有机的融合。这样,对我国现代企业制度下国有企业党的建设展开了深刻地分析、探讨及研究。进而,在不断探讨的过程中逐渐形成了一种具有工业特色的现代企业制度下国有企业党建设的工作方法和工作经验。但是,在我国社会主义经济市场发展以及国有企业改革的环境下,国有企业市场经济中的主体地位也得到了认可。由此推断,在现代企业制度下的国有企业中党的建设也遇到了各种各样的难题。文章主要从现代企业制度的本身进行分析,探索出一条适合现代企业制度下国有企业中党建设的发展道路。
State-owned enterprises belong to the core part of the construction of the modern enterprise system in our country. In the contemporary context, the organic integration of the state-owned enterprises and enterprises in the economy. In this way, we have conducted a profound analysis, discussion and research on the construction of the state-owned enterprises under the modern enterprise system in our country. Furthermore, in the continuous exploration process, a working method and working experience of the party construction of state-owned enterprises under the modern enterprise system with industrial characteristics has gradually been formed. However, under the environment of the development of China’s socialist economic market and the reform of state-owned enterprises, the dominant position in the market economy of state-owned enterprises has also been recognized. From this we can conclude that the party building in state-owned enterprises under the modern enterprise system has also encountered various problems. The article mainly analyzes from the modern enterprise system itself, and explores a development road suitable for party building in state-owned enterprises in a modern enterprise system.
