本文报告腺性膀胱炎３５例，主要症状为膀胱刺激征、血尿及排尿困难。病变常见于颈部及三角区，多为乳头状、滤泡状和绒毛状等改变。均在膀胱镜下取活检经病理检查证实，其中合并内翻性乳头状瘤３例，囊腺瘤１例。３４例在解除原发病因的同时采用经尿道电切或电灼病变粘膜，术后辅以丝裂霉素腔内灌注化疗，取得满意疗效
