通过热模拟实验研究了Al-5.8Cu-0.6Mg-0.6Ag-0.3Nd合金在变形温度360~520℃和应变速率0.001~10 s~(-1)下的热变形行为。计算了变形激活能,建立了变形本构方程,绘制了变形条件下的热加工图。结果表明,合金最适宜的加工变形条件为变形温度440℃和应变速率0.001s~(-1)。
The thermal deformation behavior of Al-5.8Cu-0.6Mg-0.6Ag-0.3Nd alloy at deformation temperature of 360 ~ 520 ℃ and strain rate of 0.001 ~ 10 s ~ (-1) was investigated by thermal simulation. The deformation activation energy is calculated, the deformation constitutive equation is established, and the hot working drawing under the deformation condition is drawn. The results show that the most suitable deformation conditions for the alloy deformation temperature 440 ℃ and strain rate 0.001s ~ (-1).
