我厂经过反复实践,初步掌握了Cr12的锻造工艺,不论是机械性能、热处理性能、工艺性能,而且在模具使用时的剪切性能都较良好。一、锻前准备 1.钢材下料前必须进行化学成分化验,符合标准者,方可使用。 2.备料的锻造比必须在2~2.5内。如φ50毫米的料,下料长度则为100~125毫米。二、加热 1.加热范围及锻造次数:锻件在30公斤以下者,锻三~四火次;30~60公斤者,锻四~五火次;60公斤以上者,不少于七火次。
