水轮机气蚀不仅引起效率下降,产生机组振动和噪音;而且会使水轮机过流部件损坏,缩短检修周期,增加检修维护费用,损失大量电能,特别是对大容量机组影响则更加突出。因此,加强对水轮机气蚀问题的研究,总结处理气蚀的经验,具有很大的经济意义。现将我们新安江水电厂水轮机气蚀情况与处理措施作一介绍,供有关单位参考。
Cavitation of hydraulic turbines not only causes the efficiency to drop, but also causes the vibration and noise of the generating units. In addition, the over-current components of the turbines will be damaged, the inspection period will be shortened, the overhauling and maintenance costs will be increased, a great deal of power will be lost, especially for large capacity units. Therefore, it is of great economic significance to strengthen the research on cavitation of hydraulic turbines and summarize the experiences of cavitation erosion treatment. Now we Xin’anjiang hydropower turbine cavitation situation and treatment measures for an introduction for the reference of the relevant units.
