作者用高压舱对40只豚鼠施行加压和减压,制作内耳气压伤动物模型。用光镜、扫描电镜及透射电镜观察耳蜗组织病理和超微结构改变。实验时共取健康豚鼠52只,随机分3组。A组为快速加压组(n=19只);B组为快速减压组(n=21只);C组为对照组(n=12只)。分别按3、10、20、40、60天处死进行病理学观察。结果:光镜下,内耳组织间隙积血的范围累及耳蜗和前庭,以耳蜗为主;迷路膜结构损伤以前庭膜
The authors used 40 autoclaved guinea-pigs to apply pressure and decompression to make the animal model of air-pressure injury in the inner ear. The pathological and ultrastructural changes of the cochlea were observed with light microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. A total of 52 healthy guinea pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A was rapid compression group (n = 19); group B was rapid decompression group (n = 21); group C was control group (n = 12). Pathological observation was performed by sacrificing at 3, 10, 20, 40 and 60 days respectively.
