目的探讨高职高专学生心理健康状况及其干预对策。方法以5 750名3届高职高专学生为研究对象,采用URL调查表,对不同年级、专业、学制的高职高专学生进行综合评定。结果 (1)高职高专学生心理健康状况1、2类学生检出率为26.84%,高于国内高职高专学生心理健康状况20%的水平。(2)不同专业学生心理状态不同,1类学生按照专业来看,医学、护理、药学专业学生心理健康有问题的人数检出率分别为6.64%、5.35%和10.37%,药学最高,高职学生1类检出率高于高专学生,2者差异有统计不意义(P<0.01)。结论高职学生存在一定的心理障碍,高职学生是重点保护群体,应针对性地开展心理健康教育,并及时帮助高职高专学生建立稳定、乐观和积极进取的健康心理。
Objective To explore the mental health status of higher vocational students and its intervention measures. Methods A total of 5 750 college students of higher vocational colleges were selected as the research objects. A URL questionnaire was used to make a comprehensive assessment of the students in different grades, majors and colleges. Results (1) Mental health status of students in higher vocational college The detection rate of students in category 1 and 2 was 26.84%, which was higher than the 20% level of mental health status of students in higher vocational college. (2) The students with different majors have different mental states. According to the specialty, the detection rate of the students who have mental health in medical, nursing and pharmacy is 6.64%, 5.35% and 10.37%, respectively The detection rate of students in 1 class was higher than that of students in higher education, and the difference was statistically insignificant (P <0.01). Conclusion Higher vocational students have some psychological barriers. Higher vocational students are the key protection groups. Psychological health education should be carried out in a targeted manner and healthy, optimistic and proactive psychology should be established in a timely manner.
