2005年2月,中共中央颁发了《关于进一步加强中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度建设的意见》(中央5号文件)后,中共江西省委高度重视,在深入调研的基础上,结合江西统一战线与多党合作的实际,经多方征求意见并22易其稿,于去年12月3日出台了《中共江西省委关于进一步加强中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度建设的实施意见》(赣发[2005]16号文件,以下简称《实施意见》)。作为新世纪统战工作的一个重要文件,《实施意见》新意迭出、亮点频现。
After the CPC Central Committee issued “Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Multi-party Cooperation and Political Consultative System under the Leadership of the Communist Party of China” (Central Document No. 5) in February 2005, CPC Jiangxi Provincial Committee attached great importance to it. On the basis of further investigation and research, Combined with the actual situation of the united front of Jiangxi and multi-party cooperation, after many parties solicited opinions and made drafts, the “Proposal on Further Strengthening the Construction of Multi-party Cooperation and Political Consultation under the Leadership of the Communist Party of China on December 3, Implementation Opinions ”(GFA [2005] Document No. 16, hereinafter referred to as“ Implementation Opinions ”). As an important document in the united front work in the new century, the “implementing opinions” have been replaced by new ideas and highlights are frequent.
